Processing Times
All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Free Standard Shipping: Applies automatically on orders over $2,500 MXN.

Express National Shipping: $195 MXN (Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch).
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, any reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
